Planetary mixer BPG 200L

Gearmach planetary mixers are developed to meet the most diverse types of applications in chemicals, coatings, adhesives, putties, silicones, glues, dental and pharmaceutical materials, from low to high viscosity. They use a planetary orbital system with propellers manufactured according to the customer's needs, promoting good dispersion and homogeneity in the product, with the aid of a vacuum. The variable speed propeller blades promote a high torque in the mixing of the products, causing shearing of the products and with that a high degree of uniformity in the mixing of the products. Its orbital Planetary system is manufactured in 304 or 316L stainless steel, as required by the customer, has a gear and reduction system that produce a high output torque, its variable speeds provide process adjustments, making the process more refined and constant. Automated process control system, equipment can be supplied with HMI for adjustments and recipe recording.

Built-in vacuum system, from 0 to -760mmHg, with manual or automatic opening, vacuum pumps with high extraction capacity can be supplied along with the equipment.
